How fast can you install a new lawn?
Most residential yards are prepped and sodded in a single visit. Once you approve your quote, we schedule around fresh-cut availability so the sod goes down at its best.

Which grass is right for my yard?

How do I water newly installed sod?
New sod needs consistent watering while it roots — generally frequent, deep watering in the first couple of weeks, then tapering off as it establishes. After installation we'll walk you through a simple watering schedule for your specific grass type.
Do you replace an existing lawn, or only install on bare dirt?
Both. For replacements we remove the old, worn-out turf and weeds, re-grade the soil, and lay fresh sod so you start clean.
Do you handle both homes and businesses?
Both. We install and replace sod for homeowners, property managers, and commercial properties alike.
